Through consultation (and likely Fishbowl Inventory database evaluation) we can obtain the knowledge and tools needed to provide the solution to your custom reporting needs. At this stage, any sample(s) and/or documentation you may have created would be useful in helping us meet your expectations. NOTE: We handle database transfer through ‘ShareFile’, a secure online file exchange and data storage solution.
The report design process involves database evaluation, sample documentation review as well as back and forth communications. Oftentimes a conference call is necessary in order to give you our undivided attention, enabling us to better understand your needs, set expectations and ensure a quality product.
Upon completion of the design process we will provide a report quote as well as an expected time line for completion. When the quote is approved your dedicated report writer will begin the programming process.
Once the payment is received your report will be put in the queue. (We accept AMEX, Mastercard and Visa and can easily process payments over the phone.)
During this time we may contact you with any further supplemental questions. When the report is finished, one of our report writers will personally deliver the report to you with instructions for uploading the files.
